Post: Dual agent deal commission

Last week I closed a deal in which I represented both the buyer and the seller. This was my first dual transaction. At the closing table, the title company issued me 2 checks, paying me more in commission than what was listed on the sales contract. The commission paid was doubled what it should have been. If I just go along with it and not point out the error, could that come back to haunt me later on?
