Thanks Andy. I am attending my first REIA meetup tonight. I have started contacting wholesalers but nothing has come of it yet. As for what I'm bringing, I'm bringing my time and effort. I am willing to work hard for no monetary compensation. I want to offer my time and in return receive experience and knowledge. Let me know if you would be going about this any different! This post is directed for anyone flipping houses in the LA/OC area. What you are doing is exactly what I want to be doing. I am interested flipping homes as well. I have no experience in real estate investing but have been reading books and listening to hundreds of podcast hours and I am ready to get off the sidelines. I would love to connect and talk real estate. Can I buy you lunch or a coffee? I am looking to gain both knowledge as well as hands on experience in real estate investing. If you need any help at all I would love to give you my time and energy!

I’m going to be honest I haven’t talked to any lenders yet. I know it’s a bad mindset. I just figured any interest rate I would be quoted would put me very negative in terms of cash flowing. Maybe I’ll reach out to a few private lenders? What would you suggest?
