Hi Robert - Hope all is well. Just following up on your post. How has your experience been since last year? Have you made any progress on this?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for reaching out and the words of encouragement.

Yes I have. Very low inventory at the moment from what I am seeing but I am open to multifamily.

Hi @Brenden Mitchum

Thanks for the welcome!

I am currently looking for a primary residence in parallel with an as-is property with the potential for value add. At the moment I am considering partnering on the latter or just financing myself.

Thus far, I have been looking mainly in West Atlanta.(Westview, West End, Ashview Heights, Mechanicsville, Adair Park, Mozley Park, etc.) May end up expanding search being that I've found the market to be rather competitive to get in right now.

Would love to hear about your experience in the Atlanta market. I'll be sure to reach out!

- Cari

Hi everyone,

My name is Jacari and I am newbie investor looking to get started this year!

I’ve been listening to BP and reading through the forums actively for some years now and its a great feeling to finally be in a position to get started.

I am located in the Atlanta, GA area and have been following the market closely as of late. One of my short term goals for this year is to purchase a mildly distressed property and increase its value through renovations.

I would love to connect with anyone in the area that has experience investing as well as general contractors experienced in home renovations!

Looking forward to continuing in learning from all the folks here!
