Trying to get a handle on the Phoenix and Austin Markets. I'd like to buy a SFH (120-130k) to rent out. Anyone have any experience with these markets, and property managers there?

I'd be a hands off, so would need a full service management company.

Mike, how would one get started lending to "dealers"? I assume you mean other investors doing lonnie deals?
