I'm just at the point of evaluating this business and think I was lucky to find this site.  It appears to be what I need to make a good decision.  I'm extremely interested in this business and want to learn as much as I can before getting my feet wet.  Started getting e-mails from Real Estate Mogul about 6 months ago that peaked my interest but never make a move without exploring all angles, so here I am.
