Darn he is located in Northern California and I’m in Northern Arizona. I thought it was weird he has no signature on his emails but then again it’s not an institution. Just private money.

I was searching the BRRRR group on Facebook and came across this post. How do I know if it's a scam or not? I reached out but he won't talk on the phone. Wants a $1870 fee up front and only 5% interest for the amount I need. Seems off but would like your input.
