 What's the reason for needing a different lender? You'll likely get a more valuable response by providing additional details.


 I was just hoping valuable lenders would see it and then asked me to reach out then I would give you the entire portfolio giving the entire portfolio online I think is not appropriate. 901-550-4334. Give me a call  however, thank you for your advice

Thank  you for your advice. 901-550-4334 has all the details that’s my cell phone. Actually I don’t have a lot of time. This is a very time sensitive divorce situation but I appreciate your insight. Good luck.

$550k ARV really tells us nothing. Is it an infill lot that needs a $500k house built on it?

More useful is FMV vs your PP and it's condition. Is it livable/ bankable as it sits?

Then you can share about your dp and credit or whatever to aid lenders with a starting point.


I’m sure you saw the other post gladly to give you all that information and I understand that it would help however 901-550-4334 that number has all the answers that’s my cell phone. Thank you for your advice.
