Karen Margrave Thanks a lot. I am really looking forward to making my first deal before the end of next month.

Rich Henry, III I am fairly new to Bigger pockets. So I am not familiar with the oft mentioned companies discussed.

I am in the process of mailing out 100+ letters to absentee home owners. With the use of stamps and envelopes this can get expensive. I'll love to know your ideas.

Thanks,
Iyke

I recently came across a real estate investor by the name of Jerry Norton and Peter Conti. How legit is their practice if you have an idea about it?
