Franco,

If I'm paying $73 monthly for it to finance it from the seller- should I hold the property and pay it off completely, and then try to sell it? The 2.7 acres is worth $2,950. Right now the financing is for 39 months.

Is it impossible to get any kind of ROI off a piece of vacant land?

Can you suggest a state where my strategy may work better?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me. My name is PJ Pahygiannis and I am an up and coming real estate investor. I am currently looking at a 2.27 Acre piece of land in North Nevada, in Montello and was wondering if you could tell me a little about the area. My interest is to lease this property, specifically to hunters in the area as I have read that Bird Hunting is popular in parts of Nevada. The land is on Redwood Street and Sage Drive. The parcel ID is 011-206-010. The property is valued at $2,950. I was wondering how much cash flow this piece of land could generate if it was leased, as I am financing it for $75 a month.

Thanks!

PJ

My name is PJ Pahygiannis and I was wondering if you could give me some advice on getting started in buying real estate to rent for cash flow. I live a half an hour outside of Washington DC and LOVE investing. I'm 18 years old and will be a freshman in college in the fall. I've analyzed about 8 properties so far, a couple are near me, but the rest are in Ocean City about 2 hours away. I'm pretty sure I could make $7,000 for a down payment in about 2.5 months (I'm a writer and get $50 an article, I can easily write 2 articles a day. Any tips? My parents really don't know anything about real estate, and I think it scares them a little. I've learned a lot about cash flow/real estate from Robert Kiyosaki.

Thanks,
PJ
