so i am newbie in houston market but just sharing my experience, market right now is very slow in houston for renting also taxes are really high and so are your hoa. every month you guy buy with no tenants you are still paying higher hoa fees, it would be better if you can find a standalone unit without hoa fees. also those units that are apartment of complex have lot of completion i am expirencing the same issue with my unit and even if units are not available for leasing as the same time, leasing agents will say oh well similar unit rented two months ago for $$ and yours $$$ even though that other unit didn’t have stainless steal appliances or wood floors. those are just some of my challenges that i have faced in houston. good luck 👍

EDIT: I corrected the title of your post because I doubt you are looking for a "thrust-worthy" handyman.  ;)

hello @Tamara R. did you end up finding corporate lease? i am struggling to find more information on it too, and i have potential opportunity to lease one of my rentals it and i don’t even know where to start to look for resources.

hello bigger pockets individuals, this newbie needs your help. i have an opportunity to lease my property to corporation for 24-36 months, lease would be Master Lease or permission allowing corporation to sublet to multiple individuals during the length of the lease. i have never done corporate leasing and i can’t find anything about this specific scenario where i give permission to corporation to lease it to multiple individuals. what are pros and cons of doing this type of lease?
