Hey BB, we are working in a 80 unit building in the south-west area. Im looking into the possibility to bring from china finish materials, like cabinets (I know is hard due to tariff on this one), countertops, basin, sinks, light fixtures, toilets, LVP, tile, fans and others.

Any word of wisdom about this idea?
