I completely agree with you!  I have done many webinars and I'd love to share them with anyone.  I do one every Thursday as a matter of fact.  It would be great to even collaborate on one.  I also have a radio show on Bloomberg 5 days a week focusing on Real Estate Investing and Entrepreneurship.

I transitioned into the world of real estate investing after nearly 8 years as a standard P&C agent and quickly realized how lacking the insurance products for real estate investors are out there.  I had to go outside of my own networks and it was not till me third flip that I found the absolute best company & products.. Within the next 3 months, I had 12 properties insured with them, I met the owner at a networking event a couple months later and we developed a great relationship.

I am now blessed to be able to combine my passion for helping others, real estate investing and offering tangible value to my fellow investors, regardless of chosen strategy, by offering something we all truly need.

My name is Ivan Oberon and I am very happy to be joining all of you.  BiggerPockets has been on my radar for years so it's about time I joined!

I am a real estate investor and the exclusive insurance consultant for the American Association of Private Lenders, primarily servicing the needs of all private and Hard Money Lenders in the industry, cash flow investor/landlords with any size of rental portfolio, note investors ranging from your individual investor to large note brokerages, fix and flip investors and turn key property operators. (my focus with my partners has been fix & flip and this year, primarily turn key rentals).

I help my clients avoid financial hardship by providing them with custom insurance products designed specifically for their investments. I also help my clients grow their wealth by offering them real estate secured investment opportunities.

I am really looking to help educate and protect my fellow investors.  Our company is already the premier "by Investors for Investors" insurance company in the nation but my mission is to personally help at least 20 fellow real estate investors per month and be able to add real tangible value to them!

I have been an active real estate investor for 3 years and my partner has been doing it for 6.  He also has over 23 years experience as a contractor so he is tasked primarily with running all of our remote projects.

We still have so much more to learn and so many ways we can continually grow and I hope to be a resource of education for others and to also be better educated by others.
