So I'm trying to really think about this and I keep hearing that flipping house is better the wholesaling house and viscera when first starting out so I'm just wondering what other have to say on it cuz I wanted to start flipping first.???

Colton Luchsinger , the area that I was thinking about starting with is north O, for the fact that mid-town and the old market is down there and there have been a few changes around that area and lots off ppl moving down there. Ik there are two house on my old Block that are being flipped right now and about 1 1/2 years ago another house was flipped and sold so I'm looking into single family homes between 68102-68134

Hello my names Tee and I'm in the Omaha NE area and I'm what to get started on Flipping house within my area but not to sure on where to start I've watch so many videos and read so many books lol on how to get started.
