Welcome to the Market! I moved here last year and the opportunities have been plentiful. There is competition, but plenty of assets are sold daily. If you need anything feel free to connect. Can link you up with Agents, GCs and Brokers!

Also wanted to add. Join some local FB investing groups. They post plenty of Flip/Buy and hold opportunities rather than what's on the MLS.

Thanks! Ill search some groups on FB. Are there any specific that are recommended?
