Hi my name is Ismael 26 year old subcontractor who is looking to purchase his first home middle of next year. What went from a dream of owning my first home has now become a house flipping dream I want to take that first home and flip it would love to talk to any experience House flippers that wouldn’t mind giving a rook some helpful tips.
