Thank you for the comments @mike and@joshua. It is so true that bandit signs can do the job, but more times than not, they create more problems. I failed to check the city ordinance, and I almost got into trouble with the law. I guess I assumed that it would be okay to put up these signs like all the others. Thanks again.

I am interested in how other real estate investors feel about the use of bandit signs as a way to build your buyers list and/or find property deals. What makes it effective? Drawbacks?
