@Luke Sass. Unfortunately there is no way to occupy this so i cannot take advantage of FHA options

Thank you Dennis. It will be investment property if i decide to make a move on it. No owner occupied. I thought that for investment it is normal 20 years loan. As for down payment is the 20% always the minimum?  Is interest rate on financing also traditionally higher for investment property?

Hi all,

I am a newbie investor and would like to get some feedback if I am on the right track here for this property. It is listed for $200k but I have made an analysis in case I can make a deal on it for $190k. Let me know if you can poke holes in my analysis
