Thanks for stopping in Cody. Appreciate your concern and thanks for the best wishes. Right back atcha...I may have called one or two of the overly aggressive guys in the thread misogynistic b/c that’s how I was feeling in reading what they wrote. There has been so many responses that It’s actually been a little overwhelming and perhaps I may have even over reacted. It’s truly been a long day with work and at the same time doing my best to share all the statistics/articles/data and great news we’ve compiled on how well the Detroit Market is performing and respond to everyone equally.

No need to get aggressive just b/c you don’t know where to buy properties or should I say buy them at the same good prices we buy them, thanks to my AMAZING boots on the ground team..... 

@Scott R. Anyone who has sold in Detroit over the last few years who invested wisely has made out. So not sure what you were doing to be unhappy. If you sold 5 plus years ago that might make sense. Don’t forget one of the most important rules for investing out-of-state other than trusted boots on the ground is excellent property management. Without the right property management all the great numbers in the world won’t hold water and will fall flat...Positive cash flow could turn to neutral or negative cash flow rather quickly.

In none of those cities you mentioned is there an explosion of growth, development and insertion of capital taking place like there is in Detroit as of late. All one needs to do is visit Detroit for a few hours to plainly see why Detroit residents and investors alike are excited. When in doubt about Detroit just knock on Dan Gilbert’s door to gain some perspective.

I was talking about The 4.5 BILLION DOLLAR investment and 6,500 new JOB investment Chrysler just announced a few weeks ago. Also, Ford just invested 900 Million and another $500 Million into autonomous/EV player Rivian last month. Thats the same Rivian Amazon invested

Lol .. Says the guy who’s trying to flip a 12 unit in a town 18 miles outside of Cleveland with a population of 500 or so residents... Cleveland is a good place to invest but if I had to choose I’ll take Detroit with it’s explosion of Development and high performance market all day everyday

We own, operate, develop, wholesale and sell a lot more than just a 45K property that's appreciated twice it's value in the past few years and is comfortably renting to a long term Ford worker at $925. We do SFR'S, Duplexes, 4Plexes, small and large MFR'S.

I guess you must know something Chrysler who just invested 4.5 BILLION a few weeks ago doesn’t know. Or something Google, Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Stock X, Twitter don’t know either, who all recently invested big in Detroit also.
