Good afternoon, I am looking in the Detroit market..Is it a good area to invest in? If so name locations to where I should invest?

Can you still find any deals to wholesale depending on how the market is right now ?

I’m looking to sublease, will an agent be beneficial? Or should I continue searching for private landlords?

Hello! I'm currently trying to fully understand lease options before jumping in and there's just one of the few questions that I have and can't seem to clearly understand. What's the difference between a straight lease option (where I'm the lessee) vs. the sandwich lease option? Which one do you prefer and why? Thanks in advance!

I am from Brooklyn,NY looking to acquire my first rental property. I am searching for experienced investors that have done lease options. I am looking to a sandwich lease option, any tips on how to approach this?

Is there anyone in NYC that does lease options and is successful in this field?

What I meant to say was I have been trying to wholesale for 2 years and have yet to close on deal. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I cold call & text sellers everyday

My partner & I have been wholesaling for 2 years now and still did not get a deal. We watched numerous videos, use zillow, propstream etc. After reading Brandon Turner book I really started taking his advice on A LOT of things. One of the main things that stood out to me was networking. If anyone has advice on what steps I should take let me know, I am all ears!

Go on youtube and look up "Brent Daniels Cold Calling Breakdowns". He is literally going to break down everything you need to do.
