Hi All, 

My name is Isaiah and I currently live in the Santa Barbara region. I'm looking to connect with other investors in the Ventura County to Santa Barbara County area. I have relevant experience working on Acquisitions and Asset Management for multiple private Real Estate Investment Firms. I'm particularly looking to connecting with individuals who are actively participating in any facet of the Multifamily space.

I am currently a Senior in college in Santa Barbara and am trying to figure out whether I should begin investing somewhat locally or out of state due to home prices being so high on the coast as I have about $20k saved. However, I have all of my networking in my local area. Looking to get advice from experienced investors in this area. Thank you.
