Hey guys I'm new to the site stubbled on it thanks to google. Ok so I'm a recent college grad and I've always had interest in real estate. I just got a job and my plan is to save up so I can obtain my real estate license. What steps other steps do you guys suggest I take to eventually own properties and began renting them out. Also is their any other advice you guys can give me on how to make money off real estate. I've been reading through the forums and I see you guys were talking about flipping, wholesaling and investing. What do you guys suggest so I can learn more about the different avenues of real estate?
