A seller financed deal came across for purchase. This is my first rental purchase and I’ve had the goal to do it no money down. The seller wants me to bring 20% and I believe I can find the rest with private money or hard money for a monthly payment of 3000 after taxes and insurance. It is a 3 family with income of 4600/ month. The issue that I’m having is that it has an abandoned oil tank of two years. Let me know what you think

Hi William !

If your seller is willing to seller finance or lease option I will buy !!!

Any Good contractors in Newark or North Jersey ?

Need a project done getting together a few estimates

@Monica Higgs

Perfect,

I'm open to JV , you can inbox me

Looking to partner with someone and close a deal in Newark. The price is 120k, ARV is 265k. You give 20% (24k) and will have 20% of sale price

If my LLC is registered in NY (NY requires attorney at signing), do I still need an attorney when signing a contract for a NJ property
