@Isabella Mesa Great you license for the short term, and the long term is visit the events page on BP to see if there are local meetups you can attend on Zoom. You should check out Meetup.com which is where a lot of meet ups for real estate investors post their meet ups for other investors like yourself to attend.

Continue to have a learning drive like you do now, and get experience by helping as you are now and you'll find a good person to link up with that can give you work on Airbnb and rentals etc..

Yes yes! Getting a license is definitely a next-step moving forward. I will be taking in all of your advice moving forward. I’ve always been on the fence about getting a license now or waiting until I finish school, and I’m at that point where I really want to have a license even if I won’t use it right away.
