I have a resort projects in Chiang Mai, great concept and great returns from small investment, we look for partner/investor to invest on the project.

Natural hot spring, water fall park and great facilities for a unique holiday resort and elderly friendly home. We own the land and ready to build the resort, great location with a mountain view. Natural spring water flows on the land.

It’s a pilot project for future projects (available prime lands), our family owns over 1 million square meters of land in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.

Fixed room sales to one of largest travel agent in the region (up to 90%) already been agreed.

Exit strategy and investment options are available

The total investment required is 828K USD on this project, which can be broken down into a few investors (syndicated investors can be considered), minimum participation is 100K USD or equivalent
