Thank you.  I'm supposed to have another call with the developer (that's what I was told) tomorrow.  Essentially, I'm wholesaling and holding right now.  But I am familiar with other exit strategies depending upon the market and deal. 

For ex: a wholesale in GA while picking up a turnkey for myself in VA.

I suppose I was just interested in finding faster ways to sort through data and pre-qualify leads other than my overseas team. They are following instructions, but some things just don't convey so I'm back to finding a strategy that allows me to invest wide without burning out. Having said that, I did take a few days off and I'm feeling a lot better.

How is are the new features working for you?  The leads seem to come in fast and my own creation of categories is not keeping up.  Would you kindly update on how you're managing it all?

Hello new friends,

My name is Isabel and I am a Real Estate Investor.  I am a successful business owner for two other companies and a single mother of two young boys that I homeschool. 

I am upping my game, branching out and the simplest of tasks (of which I used to be a pro ie hiring overseas) I am just not finding the support this company needs to be of service to those we are in business for. I am NOT a quitter by any means, but I am reaching out with a small white flag/olivebranch/plea; I have a lot in place, a lot to offer, but I need guidance, support, accountability, college a FRIEND in this industry.  

Again, I do have a lot in place, I just know I do not want to carry on own my own/alone.  Do you recommend hiring a mentor? A Coach? Do any of you feel the same way?

This is a very unusual mood for me to introduce myself, but I've been hitting too many walls and seeing deals fly by without enough manpower or systems in place to catch them in time.

I'm using FreedomSoft, I'm set up in several states - any any feedback would be so appreciated. Thank you all and I hope you're realizing the success you deserve.

It appears to show the financials for 100% down.  Very interesting offer, I'd like to know why the rents are varied? Why is the owner selling? How long are the tenants in place and are there any reviews/references on the property management?
