Deal was found by broker and I am working with them to dispo. Sorry that wasn’t very clear.

Have never closed on multi family like traditional wholesale and creative deals. Don’t have anyone buying high ticket like these. Any suggestions on where to start here?

It’s late so reply whenever you may see this.

Have quite of few larger multifamily deals (multi million dollar price points ) with underwriting done

When it comes to disposition of these type deals, how do you suggest I seek out serious investors / buyers ?

Partnered up and NDA on these. Need to know where to start here

Have been struggling to convert my 2nd Wholesale deal in my market. Wondering if I should change my approach, go back to the basics, or switch markets? Buyers in place, just no deals that make sense. Last deal done was in October 2021.

My biggest challenge right now is figuring out if I should switch markets or buckle down and try harder in my current market. (wholesaling in Middle Tennessee)
