Hello community, 

I'm getting to know the market and want to connect with people who already understand the market better as I endeavor to get to know Cincinnati better. I know I'll be needing boots on the ground. Any helpful information is sincerely appreciated for example tips about the market such as what to do, what not to do, what areas to focus on, etc
