@Tim Herman do you happen to have a link? I cannot find it in the App Store. I see a lot of other ones though!

@Tim Herman thanks! I had no idea. I’ll look it up and try it out.

I’ve hunted. I’ve searched. I’ve come up empty. Is there no way to run numbers for rental properties (or any properties) on the mobile app? If not, that would be a good feature to add, right?

@Tyler Wotherspoon I would recommend forming an LLC and working with a small bank to get the loan in the LLC name from the start. I was able to do this recently by working with a small town bank. I just had to be a guarantor for the note, but that has no impact on my personal debt to income ratio. Small banks are great to work with for a lot of reasons. They are generally much more flexible than your big name banks.

@Josh Miller maybe Mark knows of something next week. For the meet up that I set up, you can join our group on FB. It is called NW Houston Real Estate Investor Meet-up. Then you’ll be kept in the loop.

@Matt Wood meeting up at 6:30 tonight if you can make it. Rosehill beer garden

I would agree with Patrice. Additionally, if a realtor ever came to me with the numbers after running them through one of the calculators on BP, i would be impressed. That is something I have not seen a realtor do yet, combine their knowledge of the MLS/comps with BP calculators to get an estimated ROI/cash flow/etc.
