Thanks for the information I understand this is a hard business maybe some help from a mentor would give me a better understanding

I’m new to the whole real estate business and I’m more interested in wholesaling...What is the best way to find motivated sellers?!? And for some reason that’s too short and it won’t let me post it so I’m adding in this nonsense
