Wow, I apologize got the late response Max.  No this one is not available anymore.  Thanks for checking!

A little bit out of my typical market, I recently came across a homeowner looking to get rid of a property that needs about 19k in repairs but could possibly retail between $113k and $130k.  For a $60k asking price, it stands to make a pretty nice profit once repaired.  I guess my question is: in this current market and climate of things, are fix and flip / rehab investors still investing in single family rental properties in Omaha, Nebraska in particular?  I intend to wholesale the property btw.  Thanks ahead of time for any input.
