Ok, so it sounds like this is a pretty regular thing then. Just didn't know if this is usually how business goes. I under it would be silly for him to tie himself down to only me. Just seemed off since I already put in an offer and then see my agent continuing to show to others. I get it , just business. 

So I went and viewed a property with my agent yesterday. I told him I'd like to sleep on it , since this is an investment and I wanted to run numbers and make sure I was getting a good deal. I decided it was a good deal and messaged him this morning, and told him to put in my offer. I took my girlfriend by the property today, after putting in my offer and saw my agent was there showing it to another client. How should I be interpreting this. Should he only be representing me ? Should I get a new agent? How would others who are more experienced handle this ? TIA 

@Rickey Miller Jr I'm trying to use propstream at the moment and am having no luck. I tried to click on their tutorial videos and all literally say content unavailable. I'm about to check out YouTube, but it's rather off-putting to have to hit YouTube when propstream is supposed to have that information on their site. Also, do they ever provide phone number or is this just a tool to get the name? Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.
