I hope everyone is having a blessed day, I currently work a job in logistics and after everything I am able to have roughly 3000 in free cash flow (I am fairly frugal). What would be the best way to use that to make minimum 10k a month starting out. I’m not in it for the money but I do understand that goals are important. Those who enjoy to walk will walk farther than those who focus on the destination. I enjoy to walk, and am not afraid of hard work. I am willing to put in the 10,000 hrs required to master a skill. My goal in life is to provide an insane amount of value to those around me. Nothing is going to stop me.

Well, I wouldn't use that money to hire a Guru or Mentor. I would Joint Venture with someone who knows what he is doing and learn the business.

Good Afternoon Mike, I appreciate your perspective! I agree I am not hiring anyone anytime soon and believe joint venturing with someone experienced is a better way to learn the business. Could you share a specific joint venture experience and the key lessons you learned? Your insights can guide others interested in similar opportunities. Additionally, any tips for entering the industry through joint ventures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your expertise and experiences!

To get to $10k month in passive income you would need a approx $1.2M in cash.

 Good Afternoon Chris,

Thank you for sharing your perspective! I'm genuinely interested in learning more about how you generate $10,000 of passive income each month with that amount of capital. Could you please explain the specific asset classes in which you have invested? I believe your experience and knowledge can provide valuable insights for others, including myself.

Furthermore, I'd love to hear more about your personal story and how you got started. Your journey and the challenges you overcame could inspire and guide others who are just beginning their investment journey. If you're comfortable sharing, I'd be grateful to learn more about your background.

Considering your expertise, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you might have on which investment avenues to pursue. Your insights could help me make informed decisions and achieve my financial goals. Thank you for taking the time to share your wisdom and experiences!

Start looking at flips or new builds to expedite your capital. You'll increase equity growth and will be able to position more cash on bigger investments. Once you have enough cashflow start increasing your equity position for more leverage or excess cash.

Hello Ricardo thank you for sharing your insights! I'm always eager to learn from others. Could you please tell me more about your experience with flips and new construction? I'm interested in understanding how you've been successful in growing your own equity and making larger investments. The knowledge you posses could be valuable in helping me achieve my own goals. I believe in building positive relationships, and I'm grateful for just the opportunity to learn from you.

High ambition is great and so are your goals. This business is hard because you are dealing with people and some don’t have the same good intentions as you.

Get a mentor, listen to podcasts, read books etc but nothing beats the learning from experience.

There are so many ways to invest in RE from completely passive to very hands on. Have a plan and go get ‘em.

Thank you for the reply Vlad, I appreciate the tips in your experience what is the best way to find a mentor in this space? Yes there are many ways indeed, in your expertise which one have you seen the most success with and why?
