@Garrett Sowle Thank you so much for the information! I have checked the zoning for the lot and it is RM-1 does that make a difference. Also I am interested in building 3 floors and a basement and based on what you said it should cost a minimum of 250k just for construction. That is not in my budget, I was wondering is my calculation right based on your experience?

Hello, I am from Philadelphia and I am interested in purchasing a lot and building my own house on it. The lot is 1500 square feet and I was wondering how much will it cost to build a house? Also how big of a house can be built on a 1500 sq ft lot?
