I have a home in Landers that is a fixer and am looking for any referrals. Do you know someone who can help with dry wall, window installation, AC, floors, demo?

I don't think there are places in the 300 in Costa Mesa.

Can someone recommend an architect in California/ Orange County/ Los Angeles area. I am looking into converting a single family residence into a duplex. If anyone has done anything similar, I am happy to chat, please message me.

Joe!, happy to hear of your success. Glad you found your niche! How did you get the landlord to agree to make an Airbnb out of it? I would love to do that here in southern California.

Thank you all for the input! I truly appreciate it and will do my best to follow your advice and educate myself. The deal didn't go through after all, because we couldn't agree on a price with the seller and they now decided to fix it themselves.

Thank you @Justin Robert , he said that the main panel is wired through an old frayed wire and that the interior wire is run outside the house then back in and that the range outlet is unsafe.
