I was going to be around 190 but with the new concrete and garage etc it went up tons plus brick staining etc 

ALso look at 1029 South Blvd. just went under contract for 675

I’m not too worried about appraisal as there are many comps out there  

I have gotten two very low offers for 380 435?rejected both ! The first floor they love but some want a master upstairs but the main problem is that the floor in the basement is a little uneven and the height is 6’8 what should I do I have flooring installed ! Should I remove and even the floors again 

I’m staging it this weekend and new pics what else to do 

@Joseph M. the rehab was almost 230!closing cost willl b around 40000 and hard loan cost etc what should I do

They are in the one mile radius 

I have pretty much dropped the price as much as I could there is a new garage new driveway everything was gutted out 

Sorry it’s a five bedroom house 3 bathrooms the address is1623 South Boulevard, EVANSTON Illinois it in a good school district but it is not selling
