Hi Rhett: I tried to call you yesterday. Would love to talk. My number is 828-308-3396. I. Bloomfield MD

Does anyone know of someone doing AirBNB or similar in the Oklahoma City area? We own an apartment building and would like to joint venture for short term rentals in some of the units. Thanks

Post: Replacement Reserves Question

Are you ever able to get money back from your reserves with the lender for routine make-ready expenses? If not all then is any reimbursable, such as new flooring, or new appliances, AC etc? Thanks

Ira

We have a multifamily investment where we invested in the LLC on with personal cash. I am a limited partner with no management of the asset. The investment is now in some trouble, and several of the investors are looking to "loan" some money to the LLC to help stabilize the asset. I would like to loan the money to the LLC from my solo 401k. The note could be between the LLC and the solo 401k. It will likely be repaid within several months. I am looking for guidance on whether or not this would be considered a prohibited transaction. I have been told it was "gray". I'm thinking is OK because I am not on the management team but looking for any input from others with experience. Thanks

Hi.. Thanks for responding... Is a complex matter having to do with the current syndication deal, operating agreement, Fannie Mae loan and guarantees, potential foreclosure, etc... Need someone with good level of multifamily expertise... Thanks much

Ira

@Blake Lennon @Will Fraser

Please send me the names of the Real Estate Attorneys as well, thank you.

Hi..

I need suggestions for a good multifamily attorney in Oklahoma. Ideally Oklahoma City but could be elsewhere. Or someone that maybe is based in Texas or other border states but practices in Oklahoma...

All suggestions / references appreciated!

Ira
