Hi,

I am also interested in a property that is going to be auctioned off on auction.com. However, I am very new to this and I was wondering if the title search would show if there are any unpaid HOA dues. If not, how would I be able to find that information? Do I get that information only as the winning bidder? If so, would I be able to back out if the HOA dues are too high without losing earnest money?
