So far I have been really learning the ropes, unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. Ive been trying to attend real estate investment meetings in my area, posting advertisements for my services. I have a friend who does real estate so finding homes and great deals isnt really the issue its the investors that are showing to be difficult. Right now im trying to build a buyers list maybe develope a realationship with someone who can mentor me while I bird dog.

That was great information. I am currently looking for investors in NY, obviously bird dogging in your area is the way to go right? The biggest problem I am haveing is getting investors. Any tips on that?

I am a newbie to the real estate world and want to break in. I currently do not have the capital to start buying and selling homes myself. I am looking to bird dog for now assignments of contract and work my way up the real estate ladder.

Id like to do the leg work of finding properties for investors so we can make money together and maybe learn on the way.
