Lots of good information provide, I’m going to try Bank of America but I’m also going to take a look at Solera Bank.

Stanley Dean, from what I can see so far is that the First million in RE by Josh/Cody has the best of the FTS plus the Josh Altman experience.   Too early for me to judge which is better, both provide a wealth of knowledge, but overall I think getting 2 mentors input into one system is a plus.   The FTS is working well for me as a learning tool, it's full of information, video's, contracts and more.    Cody also has a free ebook Quick Flips for Big Profits at http://www.cleverinvestor.com/periscope/  for wholesalers.

I have both systems, the Fast Track System is great for beginners as it shows you step by step instructions to include video, contacts, marketing strategy & REI resources that otherwise would take you a lot time to find on your own. Now the FTS is modeled for Arizona so some things with have to be modified for your state. Now I'm just getting into the Cody/Josh system, but from what I can see thus far is that this system incorporates the best of the FTS to some extent, and all the business experience of Josh as an investor and high end real estate broker.

I was contacted by John Nistler as well, supposedly from Roy Hill Lending, so I sent an email requesting more information about the loan funding offer.   Received this return email from a Roy Hill: "We are Roy Hill lending company and we can help fund your loan deal our interest rate is 4% with no prepayment penalties and our minimal lending amount is $4000 and our maximum lending amount is $8 million dollars, our loan maximum lending duration is 19 years below is our application form and terms and conditions form of our loan lending regards Roy."

The loan application form wanted nationality and passport information as well as other personal information.  Not one question on the form about real estate, has to be a scam!

Has anyone heard of or has joined the Mike Warren flipping businesses program? He wants $1,997 to sign up and the short of it is you find businesses for sale at a discount then Mike or one of team members will determine if the numbers work, if so they will partner with you, provide funding for the purchase and pay you 20k for the deal or you can wait until the business is flipped and share in the profits.

Andrew, I recommend that you join a local REIC I'm sure some of the leaders can point you in the right direction.  Good luck and please post if you find something!
