I've being logging on to BP for some time now, and even though I have not done any deals yet, I have done some reading from here.
BP is a place where questions are answered, one's view point is considered, and where every one tries to help with questions. So, to me BP is a Good Place to be.

Hi Out There,
Is there any one who can tell me where I can find cash buyers for my deals.
I had started out out as doing "subject- to" deals, but it is not working out, so i decided to try "wholesaling", but will like to know where I can find cash buyers, for my contracts.

My interest is in Lease Option/Sandwich Lease.
I am doing a lot of reading on these options. But can someone tell me how to get the documents for these deals.
I've read and just about know how to take the first step, but I have no idea about the paper works. How can I get them or where, so can someone tell me please.
