Post: What type of phone system you are using?

I'm currently using Ring Central and very unhappy with it.  Many times my calls do not go through and I have difficulty making calls despite having strong internet, yet I like all the features they offer.  Of the companies mentioned, do any offer the same functionality as Ring Central and would I be able to transfer my current phone numbers?

Thanks!

Hello,

I have done some searching around on the forums but didn't find exactly what I was looking for so forgive me if my questions have been answered in previous posts and I missed it.

I am thinking about getting my license and I think online would be a better option for me than in a classroom setting since I work full time and it would be easier around my schedule. I completely understand that I may learn more about being an agent in a classroom setting but at this point I'm only concerned about getting a license for MLS access and for the other positives I've read about here on BP.

I also know I can try to find a good investor friendly agent but I have found that to be easier said than done. However, I may consider becoming an agent in the future because the market in the DC area seems to be very good right now.

My question is, for those of you that took your pre-licensing course online, can you recommend a good one? The ones I've researched all claim to have a good pass rate but I'm hoping to get first hand accounts.

My other question being that I am trying to wholesale right now, how will having a license affect my marketing, ie bandit signs, post cards, letters. If the only issue is disclosure about my license then I understand that.

Will I still be able to do bandits signs/direct mail once I have my license or will that depend on the broker I choose? If any agents are using 'we buy houses' signs, how are you handling disclosure?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
