This is in the rural Upper Peninsula of Michigan very small town Spalding Michigan Close to Escanaba.

Currently Self Manging the property

Rent was last paid Aug 2014 but skipped July. for years lease 4/1/2014-3/31/2015

I have property in Michigan and my tenants left and I am unable to find them. They trashed the place and the pipes are frozen, what to do I am at a loss.

I live in Orlando

Any suggestions, My husband says sell the place.
