I have seen on CNN that national average is $3.70 / gallon ( I think ). Here in the Chicago subs it's still $4, 'where' is it $3.70..??

Recently, Neumann Homes filed for Bankrupcty. They had a project that had begun near Gilberts,Il. The modela were built, then they went 'belly up'. The models are going to be auctioned but they're out in the middle of no where. Anyone know wheter this is worth persuing, or should I steer clear? :idea:

I have a contractor that I'm teaming up with to do rehab, or enrichment. Not sure how the property will be handled we are going to take it slow at first.

I'm in Northern Illinois, near Chicago. I'm looking into buying 'Foreclosed and Auctioned' property. Can anyone tell me the best things to look for, and the best things to avoid? Thanks.
