Hello everyone my name is Lamarth Duncan. I live in Albany NY (Upstate NY). I recently started a real estate investing course at Excelsior College 2 weeks ago. My instructor gave me the link to this site. I’m new to real estate. I’m currently in the jewelry business. My goals in real estate is to start with buying a commercial property that has a store front and multiple units that can be rented for cash flow. Then purchase other properties to flip or hold for long term cash flow.
