Hello everyone!

Last week I called WealthBuilders Real Estate Investors Association, Northwest Real Estate Investors Association and left a messages on both of their answering machines!

Yes I wanted to talk to a live person and ask questions over the phone instead of just going to a website.

I have not heard one peep from either of these two REI groups whats up with that ?

Still Waiting...

Boazbama,

Oh yeah we know about Jack Miller he is a guru on options but just wanted to find out about some others who are out there.

I googled Wade Cook today and found a good book of his on Amazon for $0.01 plus S&H which was $3.99 what a great deal!

If you remember anyone else please let me know.

Sincerely

Hello from Portland, OR !

I just happened to run across your ad here about investing in the Lents area. For me personally I don't even consider looking past Mt. Tabor our famous volcano with-in the city.

But hey Eric Foster is a great guy! He really seems to know this stuff very well, and I can't wait to read his advice for you.

Are you from the NW?

Sincerely,

Insatiable

Oh Yeah I really like this site even before I signed up I read this blog and clicked on those blue links!

Say Eric you've got a nice site yourself !

We had a subscription with FDNW they have a good listing service for Multnomah County.
Yeah alot of sites just don't update enough so I've been through 16 and
counting searching for bank owned properties.

Thank you for helping!

Eric from PDX~

Hi there! We are looking for a fixer close-in the city of Portland. I also run ad's looking for buildable lots which are getting hard to find.

What I'm doing right now is learning about foreclosures and preparing how to request a list from the Banks REO Dept.

It will be a process of trail and error I'm sure!

Any Info?

Thanks!

Hello!

A new house cat from Portland, OR just learning as a property locator for a private investor, real estate developer, and former broker of 19 years.

He has taught me alot of common sense!

Here in Portland it seems to me that our market is just slightly declining but still strong and really good deals are further out of the city.

I search for properties using the listing sites, advertise, and then drive by.

Question: How to go about requesting a list of foreclosures directly from the REO Departments of banks?

Thanks!
