Thank Mike,
I am still learning the ropes by reading the books and browsing the website. I am expecting some money coming my way in a couple of months and then I will jump in. (you knonw, cash is king)
My interest so far is wholesaling or multi-family investing. I am not too thrilled about being a landlord.
