Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $312,000
Cash invested: $52,000

High-demand neighborhood in Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis. Fully renovated house with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No garage available, but planning to create a driveway and detached garage to increase the value of the house.

After long consideration, I have finally decided to purchase an investment property. My target area is Minneapolis, MN (Lake Nokomis/Lake Hiawatha area). It is near my home and workplace. Very competitive market.
