Our Guest Speaker, Adam Beckstedt will be taking us through what its like as an investor and if he's changed up any aspect of his business. Adam came from a long history of entrepreneurial ventures. He spent almost 2 decades acquiring and growing a multi-million dollar company and successfully exited in 2016. Ever since then he has been growing his real estate portfolio not only locally but also nationwide, partnering with REM Capital. With having a wide range of learned skills and the knack for creativity and determination he now is invested in over 700 apartment units and has over 80MM in assets under management. Adam helps REM Capital with not only the asset management but also operations for the company.
