Thanks for your feedback. Since we completed the rehab the house has been under a blanket of 12-18" of snow and the picture you saw (despite the boards) shows more than recent pictures. We should get a thaw this weekend and I will update all pictures (inside and out) and the description.

1320 Ewing Cap Rate over 15% for only $39,000 (low maintenance costs because all mechanicals are new).
