Hello everyone, I am following this post as an Atlanta investor who occasionally locates properties in Albany.  I am curious about the zip codes that good for the rental market.   I'm looking at a property in 31705.

If they are motivated, they will take the call.  I actually got a lead generated email  on Labor day from a seller.  I called her, and she is motivated.

@Michaela G. - If the equity was closer to $15k do you think that would work for a BRRR? In this case, it seems like the investor would hold replacing the roof and just patch it for now.
